THE PRE-AUTHORISATION FEE HASN'T BEEN RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT

Sometimes there is a delay in the pre-authorisation fee returning to your account due to circumstances beyond our control, such as banking processes.

If, when viewed on a computer, your statement still shows a pending charge after several days, don't fret! Instead, get in touch with us here with the location you charged at and the last four digits of the card you paid with, and we will track your payment.
