WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS FOR BRAINTREE ELECTRIC FORECOURT?

We are open for charging 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our retail centre - Costa, Booths and WHSmith - opening hours are:

7 am to 8 pm every day of the week.

During retail opening hours, we also have GRIDSERVERS onsite to help with charging and to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. The other facilities – the wellness area, electric car showroom, the toilets and the kids' zone are also open during retail hours.

Outside of retail hours, you can call our customer service hotline if you need assistance with charging.

Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5.30 pm

Saturday – 9 am to 1 pm
