MY CONNECTOR DOES NOT FIT IN A HIGH POWER CHARGER

The 350kW high power chargers have CCS connectors. If your connector does not fit in a 350kW charger, you may have a CHAdeMO Connector, which we have on our 90kW high power chargers, or a Type 2 connector that we have on our AC chargers.

It may also be possible that you may have a CCS connector with a cap covering the part of the socket, which turns it from AC to DC.

Ask a member of staff to help during retail hours. Alternatively, outside retail hours or at an unstaffed location, call our customer service team.
