GRIDSERVE sites are developed with the knowledge that EV technology is improving rapidly. We have installed 350 kW high power chargers that charge at speeds far exceeding the capability of most of today’s car batteries; many EVs can use these chargers but cannot receive the full speed they deliver.

The Braintree Electric Forecourt® is also future-proofed in terms of its size and design, as we have the space to develop a lane for HGVs or towing vehicles.Currently, the government and the private sector are pouring millions of pounds into developing EV technology, so charging speeds, battery capacity and the range a car can travel on a single charge are increasing all the time.
