HOW DO YOU USE THE CHARGERS AT BRAINTREE ELECTRIC FORECOURT?

If you have never used public charge points, we recommend that you come when there are staff onsite during the retail opening hours (7 am to 8 pm every day).

One of our GRIDSERVER’s will be more than happy to help. They will help to identify the connector you need and the charger that will best suit your vehicle.

All electric cars are different, so if you have only ever charged at home, you may need to change your charging settings. Some vehicles charge on a timer set to coincide with a low payment rate during the middle of the night. If this is the case, you need to change the vehicle settings to "Charge anytime” or “Charge immediately".
