WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T GET MY CHARGING RECEIPT?

If you can’t download your charging receipt, you need to contact the Customer Service team. Drop us a line with the following details:

1.  Time and date you visited the forecourt

2.  How much your charge cost

3.  The charger number - if you can't remember the number of the charger, a description of where it was, and the speed is helpful – 350kWh – 90kWh – 22kWh?

4.  Your preferred contact details – please give us a few options like your email and a phone number so we can reach you easily.

5.  Details of the card or payment type you used: Card type and the last three digits of the long number helps too.
