MY CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED AT THE CHARGER; WHAT DO I DO?

If your card is declined at the charger, it is possible that it may need activating by using the chip and pin function before you can use contactless. If this is the case, we recommend you go to the nearest shop and see if the act of purchasing something activates your card.

If the card is still not accepted, you may need to try a different card. The charge cannot begin without a valid payment.
