WHAT IF I FORGET MY AC CONNECTOR CABLE?

The AC chargers are ‘untethered’ which means they don’t have a cable attached and you need to supply your own.

If you forget your cable during retail opening hours, and you are happy to give us your name and email address, one of our GRIDSERVERS will provide you with a cable to borrow, and once you have charged, please return it.

We sell these cables onsite at Braintree so just ask a member of our team if you need one and we plan to make all AC charging ‘tethered’ (supplied with the cable) in the future for your convenience.
